Returns and Refunds

Scott’s Fasteners and Supply wants customers to receive the correct products in good condition.

Returns may be accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Customers should contact Scott’s Fasteners within 30 days of receiving the order so the issue can be reviewed.

Products should be unused and in their original condition unless the item is defective or damaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error by Scott’s Fasteners or the item arrived defective or damaged.

Scott’s Fasteners does not offer exchanges unless otherwise approved.
